Toranomon Hills Business Tower

Toranomon Hills Business Tower is a high-rise building envisioned as a hub that connects Tokyo’s urban core with the world, while serving as a platform for uniquely Japanese innovation. In addition to large-scale office and retail functions, the tower features a multi-modal transportation terminal that accommodates airport limousine buses and BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) services linking central Tokyo with the bay area. It also houses an incubation center that anchors Japan’s innovation ecosystem. The architectural design of the Business Tower and the adjacent Residential Tower emphasizes deep horizontal eaves, creating a visual contrast with the vertically oriented Mori Tower. This interplay of forms contributes to the identity of the “Hills Design.” The low-rise podium, a hallmark of the Hills development, is integrated into a lush landscape plan that connects with the greenery of nearby Atagoyama, forming a continuous green network.Following the completion of the Business Tower, the subsequent openings of the Residential Tower and Station Tower have transformed the area into a walkable urban district, where diverse city functions are seamlessly integrated around the Toranomon Hills core.
