Ark Hills South Tower

The Redevelopment Aims to Establish a Networked Urban Area, Serving as the New Gateway to Ark Hills

Completed in 1986, this redevelopment project was envisioned as the new southern gateway to Ark Hills. By simultaneously reconstructing the 25 Mori Building, Mori Building's first skyscraper, and the adjacent 21 Mori Building, the project aimed to elevate the potential of the Ark Hills area by promoting pedestrian network integration with surrounding developments and direct station access. The plan features state-of-the-art offices equipped with BCP measures, cutting-edge security and environmental technologies, and a vibrant street-level layout with shops centered around the pedestrian network axis. The rooftop boasts "Sky Park," the largest rooftop garden in city center offices. The exterior design harmonizes with the adjacent Ark Mori Building, enhancing its appeal with modern elements, including vertical louvers on the east and west sides and a gate-shaped design on the north and south sides, inviting people into the area.
