The headquarters building of XYMAX Corporation. Established by former members of Recruit Group's real estate division, the building inherits design scheme from buildings of Recruit while expressing corporate identity through its facade. Situated at Tameike-intersection surrounded by incoherent architecture, the design features a streamlined three-dimensional form following the site's geometry, clad in white glass curtain walls to represent a "white cube" containing diverse real estate solutions. Fine ceramic stripe patterns on high-transparency glass maintain visual clarity while achieving the monochromatic exterior. The corporate logo with theree coloured at the cube's apex converts to white at night for landscape harmony.
