UNIZO INN Sapporo

This is a business hotel located in a place close to both Sapporo Station and Odori Park. Since it is also near the Clock Tower and the Former Hokkaido Government Office (Red Brick Office Building), it is expected to be patronized by many tourists during the tourist season. On the first and second floors, there are dining and beverage stores. By using glass curtain walls for the fronts of these stores, a lively atmosphere is brought to the street. In the center of the first floor, a two-story atrium passage is set up as the hotel entrance and the access space to the stores and restaurants on the upper floors. This passage is expected to serve as a buffer zone that warmly welcomes guests even during the severe winter. From the fourth floor to the second floor, a total of 224 guest rooms with an area ranging from 13 to 25 square meters are provided. The exterior design of the guest rooms avoids the typical hotel style and adopts a design that emphasizes vertical mullions.
