Tower Residence Tokyo

This project originated from a design competition utilizing the comprehensive design system. Amid the high-rise tower apartment on boom, the client sought a one-of-a-kind identity. Our proposal transformed the site’s panoramic views into a fan-shaped tower, securing the commission. The form’s superior environmental performance was highly evaluated in the comprehensive design process while eliminating direct facing with adjacent buildings and creating wide unit frontages, enhancing residential value. The facade features dual "Urban" and "Human" expressions responding to scenic viewpoints, with balcony railings graduating from low to high floors – a design that transitions functionality from privacy to panoramic views. Through meticulous design to the final output, we realized the design concept “The Exclusive New MID-Tokyo Style" .
