PREMIST okurayama

Inspired by the developer’s vision of “creating a lush environment and a warm community,” this project seeks to embody that philosophy through an open, nature-integrated residential design. The exterior features a stone-textured finish on the gable end facing the street, evoking the image of a newly formed hill. The design is grounded in earthy tones, creating a sense of permanence and harmony with the surrounding landscape. On the north side of the site, a green promenade has been established within a publicly accessible open space, offering a rich approach experience and forming a landscape that blends seamlessly with the local community. At the heart of the site lies the Center Forest, an open green space adjacent to the shared facility building. This area is also open to the public, allowing both residents and neighbors to enjoy the lush greenery. The shared facility features large sliding glass doors, enabling seamless indoor-outdoor use and supporting community events and interactions. Through this open and inclusive design, the project aims to foster new forms of community engagement.
