"Located just a 6-minute walk from Nakano-Fujimicho Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, this project marks the first newly built development under the new “Metro Stage PLUS” brand—offering elevated specifications and amenities. With the brand concept of “a home that supports those who have established a new stage in Tokyo,” the design centers around the keyword “Step”, symbolizing a place where people gather, intersect, and take their next step forward. This idea is expressed through a tiered architectural form that evokes a sense of movement and transition. The exterior color palette is based on earthy tones, inspired by the discovery of ancient pottery in the Yayoi-cho area. Design elements throughout the building draw from the motif of railway tracks—reflecting both the site's urban context and its connection to movement. This motif is expressed through the use of weathering steel and other materials that convey a tactile, industrial quality, and is incorporated into features such as the building signage and staircases. The site was formerly home to a training facility that served the local community. Now reborn as a residential complex, it is envisioned to continue contributing to the neighborhood’s vitality and to offer residents a rich and connected lifestyle for years to come. "
