The urban development concept—"Hibarigaoka ~ A City Connected by Greenery and Community Life"—adopts "Relation" as its design keyword, aiming to preserve cultural and ecological heritage while fostering connections with neighboring districts. Phase 1 (1-ban-gai) features an 11-story, 144-unit condominium with retail spaces. The neighborhood incorporates a "Musashino-style traditional backyard" landscape concept, with architectural design (interior/exterior) and color schemes harmonizing with the region’s natural aesthetics.
