The Steak Grill Restaurant at Grand Hyatt Tokyo has undergone a full kitchen renovation and guest area renewal, which is designed by original designer Tony Chi. The theme is also original as "Nostalgy". While maintaining the original layout, the space now features two types of white oak pendant lights, doors, and booths that reorient visual flow between dining and bar areas, enhancing comfort.
