Gotenyama Hills

The Large Scale Development of Gotenyama in Shinagawa, a Famous Cherry Blossom Spot.

The Goten-yama area in the Shinagawa district is a famous cherry blossom spot since the Edo period, just as depicted in Utagawa Hiroshige's renowned work "One Hundred Famous Views of Edo: Shinagawa Goten-yama". It is a large-scale comprehensive development project that includes offices, a hotel, two super high-rise tower-style condominiums, and on the lower floors, there are shops, a café terrace, and a church. For the developer, this is another large-scale development following the completion of Ark Hills four years ago. In terms of the exterior, custom-made warm gray tiles and granite are used. At the same time, soft curves are applied to the corners of the buildings, giving a chic impression to the site that was once a lush mansion. Pyramids are set on the tops of the two towers, adding a lively expression to the skyline. For the interior, marble and granite are used abundantly, and elaborate gold designs are applied extensively, creating a luxurious atmosphere.
