BUREX Kyobashi

This is an incubator office building located in an excellent location just a few minutes' walk from the Kyobashi Station. It is the first project of the "BUREX" series of small offices for entrepreneurs, planned by the developer "Space Design", whose owner was himself an entrepreneur. The rental office space can be adjusted from 30 to 250 square meters according to the tenant's requirements, and shared rental conference rooms and concierge services are available for use. Since the building faces a narrow road, a glass curtain wall with ceramic printing is adopted, which allows light to enter while controlling the line of sight from the outside. The interior design of the common areas also sets it apart from ordinary tenant buildings, with its unique style.
