Atago Green Hills Mori Tower

A Super High-Rise Office Building in the Front Courtyard of a Famous Temple. The Glass Tower in the Shape of a Lotus Flower

This is a super high-rise office tower standing in front of the renowned temple Seishoji at the foot of Atago Hill. With the lush green temple grounds, the design of its exterior and lobby, which evokes the image of the lotus flower, a symbol of the Pure Land of Bliss in Buddhism, was created by the world-famous architect César Pelli. This 42-story building is composed of shops and restaurants on the lower floors from 1 to 4, office spaces on floors 5 to 41, and a restaurant with an excellent view on the top floor. For the specifications of the office areas, a quarter-skeleton specification, which is between the skeleton rental and standard rental, is adopted, and a ceiling system that allows for the free setting of partition positions has also been introduced. The restaurant on the top floor, 180 meters above the ground, in addition to serving Italian cuisine and Japanese food, also has a bar where one can enjoy the night view of Tokyo.
