This redevelopment project, located on the south side of Ark Hills, covers approximately 2.0 hectares. The area, historically known as Sengokuyama due to the Sengoku family's residence from the Izushi domain (han), lends its name to this project. The tower's innovative design caters to the need for column-free office spaces on the upper floors while providing residential areas closer to the ground. It includes commercial facilities on the lower floors, residences from the 3rd to 24th floors, and offices from the 25th to 47th floors, reaching a height of 207 meters. The high-rise structure allows for efficient land use, creating a 3,000 square meter plaza on the west side and a 1,000 square meter plaza on the south side. The southern plaza features a biotope called "Kogera no Niwa," where visitors can observe aquatic life and various birds, promoting an environmentally friendly development.
