As the annex to the Okuyugawara kaiseki ryokan "Tsubaki," established in 1933, this guesthouse was designed to offer expansive and extraordinary experiences. Situated in a secluded 3,300 square meters valley site, it features only five guestrooms, each with a spacious entrance hall and a layout that leads guests through corridors to their rooms. Despite being indoors, the design creates the illusion of multiple detached structures facing exterior walkways. From the guestrooms, unobstructed views of verdant mountain ranges and valley landscapes unfold.
