A large-scale mixed-use development at Ootaka no Mori Station on the Tsukuba Express Line. The project includes four residential buildings (featuring a seismically isolated super high-rise), a nursing home, and integrated development with detached houses to the west. It offers a 5-minute walk to the station, with a shopping center constructed concurrently at the station square, a municipal park to the east, and a retention pond to the south. The expansive site incorporates extensive greenery as the first initiative under Nagareyama City's Green Chain Vision.
