Resort hotel in Hainan island

This project is a new approach to resort development in the southernmost tip of Hainan Island, China. The master plan introduces a mixed-use resort composed of a five-star hotel (270 rooms), residential apartments (54 units), and private villas (79 units). At the heart of the development is the hotel, designed under the concept of a “Destination Hotel”—a full-service, experience-driven facility offering a wide range of amenities, including rooftop pools, bars, and communal spaces. The site is zoned into three distinct areas—hotel, residences, and villas—strategically arranged so that the hotel’s unique character and appeal define the overall identity of the resort. The natural topography gently slopes toward the sea, allowing all rooms and units to enjoy unobstructed ocean views.The hotel is envisioned as a new style of resort that blends the developer’s expertise in digital media technology with the natural beauty of Sanya. This fusion aims to deliver an extraordinary, immersive experience that can only be found here—offering guests a sense of escape and wonder through the harmony of nature and innovation.
