After 11 years of operation, the Grand Hyatt Tokyo in Roppongi Hills has undergone phased renovations of its banquet halls over a two-month period. Titled "Residential-Inspired," the project adapts to evolving needs and IT advancements. Four mid-sized banquet halls on floors 2-4 have been transformed into: "Basil" with an open kitchen, "Anise" featuring two large screens, and "Salon" for wedding receptions. A shared grand lobby now functions as "Gallery," evoking stylish residential living.
