A high-rise data center located in the "Kawasaki Techopia" specific district at the west exit of Kawasaki Station. The twin-core floor plan ensures column-free large spaces and high seismic resistance. Lower floors feature free-access zones with raised-floor air conditioning for large computer rooms, while upper floors are designed as office area. To avoid the impression of being closed in the mixed-use neighborhood including residential buildings, the facade combines gray aluminum panels and horizontal continuous windows resembling general office buildings. The canopy at the entrance is designed with a membrane structure that creates a soft texture.
