The headquarters building of Japan Recruit Center (now Recruit), an information and publishing company. Located in Ginza, a district with high visibility from Shinkansen, expressways, and train stations, the building was designed to embody corporate identity through a sharp-edged form dictated by the site's geometry, clad in heat-absorbing reflective glass curtain walls. While reflecting and harmonizing with the surrounding cityscape, the design aims to express the company's dynamic and aggressive image of continuous innovation. This design scheme would later unify the appearance of subsequent Recruit buildings.
