This is the first Special Nursing Home for the Elderly in Kanagawa Prefecture to adopt 100% Private Unit Care. In a quiet residential area of Ohtani, Ebina City, Kanagawa Prefecture, the facility site is located at a hill offering panoramic views of Mount Oyama, the Tanzawa Mountain Range, and distant Mount Fuji. The design maximizes the site’s natural advantages with generously sized, open and bright private units. Communal spaces such as the entrance and dining hall face a tranquil courtyard, creating sunlit areas for family and residents to gather. The aim is to craft a space where residents can enjoy seasonal changes in shared living while embracing a comfortable lifestyle.
