This is a single-person dormitory for a financial institution, situated in a quiet residential area. To reduce the volume of the building, the facade is divided and soft color tones, ensuring harmony with the surrounding environment and streetscape. The entire exterior corridor and balconies employ FRP grating that balances privacy with light and ventilation, achieving a fusion of function and design.
