A New Home where Seniors can Fully Enjoy Life A Serene Home Harmonizing with Natural Light

This is a fee-based nursing home with care services, proposed as a new "home" for the energetic senior generation in the future. This "home" is surrounded by a garden with height differences, allowing the elderly to enjoy the seasonal changes of flowers and plants. The aim is to create a residence wrapped in soft light, where the elderly can spend their days peacefully. The interior features a bright and open layout that allows ample external light to pour in without reservation. Shoji screens are also installed in the living rooms and corridors where beds and chairs that support the daily life of the elderly are easy to use, creating a space where one can feel the "Japanese-style" atmosphere. It is a modern, simple, and somewhat nostalgic Japanese "home". The dining area is also fully designed of the essence of the sukiya style, becoming a formal Japanese dining space where the elderly can spend their time comfortably.
