Planned in Shin-Yokohama area to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Inotech Corporation, a leading electronics solutions provider. Leveraging Yokohama’s Environmental Design System to relax height restrictions (31m), the headquarters building embodies the dynamic growth of a young company with its sleek form. The façade combines high-transparency glass curtain walls and granite-inlaid precast concrete panels, reflecting the company's vision of innovation, transparency, and reliability. Inside, a double-height entrance hall clad in soft-toned limestone connects to the front public plaza through expansive glazing, creating a bright, fluid space. Mid-level floors feature employee amenities—including a cafeteria and a high-vaulted indoor tennis court—whose sculptural forms accentuate the building’s exterior.
