CROSS OFFICE MITA

The site is located near the "Fuda no Tsuji" intersection, an area expected to be revitalized and developed with the opening of a new station.With a university nearby, this new construction plan for an incubation office aims to support startups in the area by focusing on rationality and functionality, anticipating the entry of various industries. This project marks the fourth in ORIX Real Estate's Cross Office series, offering a variety of office spaces from coworking areas to private rooms for up to 25 people, and introducing a new inter-industry exchange space in shared areas like meeting rooms.By designing the external firewalls on both sides and the eaves of the inter-floor partitions, a simple facade design with a dignified presence along Mita Street and an open office space with approximately 3.5m high glass were realized.Drawing from the lessons of the Great East Japan Earthquake, the building incorporates natural energy and ventilation, a dual water supply system, and comprehensive disaster preparedness measures, including storage warehouses and waiting areas for those unable to return home.
