Cosmos The Parks Funabashi

A condominium adjacent to the lushly forested Gyo-da Park. By preserving existing trees and integrating with the park, it creates a regional environmental symbiosis-oriented collective housing development. The exterior design maintains continuity with the surrounding area through greenery along footpaths and ground-level planting. The facade features a refined grid pattern for timeless elegance, harmonizing with the surroundings. Inspired by the concept "This Forest Will Become Everyone's Homeland—Evergreen & Eternal ~ Forests Endure Forever," common areas recreate scenes from the children's book Oswald's Forest, fostering a connection to nature.
