Bay City Harumi 'Skylink Tower'

A pioneering super high-rise residential tower in an urban renewal district

A leading project in the Harumi 3-chome Urban Renewal. Developed by UR Urban Development Corporation, this large-scale rental housing complex includes 736 units incorporating rights conversion. The design emphasizes angular edges at building corners and features floating horizontal eaves at the rooftop. The lower levels house childcare facilities and communal amenities, forming a three-dimensional green mound via artificial foundations that connects to two subsequent privately developed towers.
