Attend on Tower

This is a rental office building located on the west side of Shin-Yokohama Station, with 18 floors above ground and 1 floor below ground. By making use of the urban environment design system of Yokohama City, it has achieved a relaxation in height and floor area ratio, resulting in a slender-looking high-rise office building. By contributing to the streetscape of Shin-Yokohama, it also plays a role in attracting excellent enterprises. The exterior of the building combines precast concrete panels (PC panels) with an earth color base and an aluminum curtain wall, presenting a warm expression. At the base of the building, an open square with a water feature has been set up. It is designed as a pocket park with long benches where families can gather and planted with flowers and plants, creating a lively atmosphere. This is indeed a high-rise office building that contributes to the streetscape of Shin-Yokohama.
