Ark Mori Bldg Renewal

Renovation of a 1986-built super high-rise office tower. Undertaken 20 years after completion, the major refurbishment included full modernization of building systems. Design improvements went beyond exterior wall repairs to transform standard floor common areas (elevator lobbies, corridors, restrooms), tenant spaces (OA flooring installation, modular ceiling upgrades), and ground-floor areas (elevator lobby renovations, reception desk modernization). Guided by the "Smart Aging" concept, the renovation replaced monochromatic interiors with warm-toned finishes like wood veneer. The 1st-2nd floor elevator lobbies feature a solid wood flooring whichi is rare for office buildings.
