When Loop Highway Two line fully opens, the access to Haneda Airport will dramatically improve and the tower will funtion as entry gate of Tokyo.Both Business and Residential towers’ exterior facades emphasis the horizontal line of canopies.Their designs are intended to be paired with vertically emphasized Toranomon Hills Mori tower.By locating lots of Greenery at lower level, brings up the continuity through Atagoyama greenery which creates sense of unity for the city.
