The headquarters is located on the 24th floor of the Ark Mori Building in Ark Hills, Akasaka, Minato-ku. Ark Hills is the first large-scale private comprehensive urban redevelopment project in Japan that was completed in 1986. Our company was also involved in its planning and design supervision. Among them, the Ark Mori Building is the first project in our company’s track record of super high-rise office building design, and we were also responsible for the design of its large-scale renovation in 2005. The office at a height of 100 meters is bright, and from the windows, we can see many projects designed by our company.

Overseas Business

As bases for conducting overseas business, Irie Miyake Architects & Engineers has offices in Shanghai and Beijing in China, and Yangon in Myanmar. Since our establishment in 1947, our company has been driving Japan’s high-growth period with large-scale comprehensive development projects represented by Roppongi Hills, as well as architectural planning and design supervision for various purposes such as business, culture, commerce, medical welfare, accommodation, and housing. We will make use of our rich track record and experience of about 80 years to respond to all kinds of various requests from our customers.

In 2011, Irie Miyake (Shanghai) Architects & Engineers Consulting was established. In addition to large-scale projects such as large-scale comprehensive development, super high-rise office buildings, and resort development, we also have diverse design track records and experience, such as the design of super luxury hotels, restaurants, and spas. The office is located on the 15th floor of the Shanghai World Financial Center (SWFC), for which our company directly carried out design supervision work. Architects from both Japan and China are stationed there permanently, and we have established a system that can respond promptly to customers’ requests.
