"Children's hall" is where children spend their after school time in peace.
Building is house-like shaped for children to feel at- home and enjoy their time to the fullest. The concept was to create "place to develop the sensibility".
Playful spaces are arranged throughout building to bring out children's creativity.
To express children's individuality, the openings colored in vivid rainbow are randomly located on the facade.
